All orders for custom embroidered SmartFleece products are placed over the phone with one of our customer care representatives.

 

Yes, you may place your order for in stock items over the phone if you prefer.

 

Kindly send us your logo to design@smartfleece.com in either PDF, JPEG, or GIF format and indicate the desired size of the logo, product on which it will be embroidered, logo placement on the product, quantity of the desired product, shipping destination zip code, and any other details that you feel are relevant. You will receive your customized quotation via return email within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can call us toll-free at 1-855-378-2663 and discuss your custom project with one of our customer care representatives.

 

Standard production time for custom embroidered products is 7-10 days and standard shipping time in the continental United States is 1-5 business days. You can typically expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks after having placed it.

 

SmartFleece ships its products all over the world. Please call us in order to place your order. Online orders for in stock products are only shipping to the continental United States for the time being.

 

Overseas production of high volume container based quantities can take anywhere between 8-12 weeks depending on the product, production scheduling, and season.

 

Yes, all of our custom manufactured products are available with either SmartFleece brand or customer brand retail packaging. Standard options include cardboard wraps, vinyl zipper bags, hang tags, and carry straps, all with UPC bard coding.
